The error of the victim and the act of others in the criminal support
Abstract
An error of a victim or an act of third parties may interfere with the conduct of the offender in a criminal consequence, and this overlap raises the question of the search for attribution of that criminal result. Is it attributable to the perpetrator? Or that the fault of the victim and the act of others deny the attribution on the part of the perpetrator of that conduct.
With regard to the wrong of the victim, the answer depends on the nature of the victim's fault and on the nature of the crime committed and whether it is intentional or unintentional.
As for the act of others, the situation in which the criminal result refers to acts of multiple persons and the conduct of each is wrong, the judgment varies according to whether or not the criminal contribution is made
