Legal system of mediation

Abstract

Mediation and alternative means of resolving conflicts depends on the creation of a joint cooperation between the parties to reach a fair and quick resolution. The growing role of mediation in civil and commercial, criminal, administrative, family and labor and other disputes, and became a prominent position in the legal and economic thought on a global level. Under the mediation parties resort to a neutral third party acts as a mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute between them by examining the requests and claims of the parties and help them in negotiating to resolve the dispute without any pressure or coercion. And thus it is an effective tool to achieve justice and maintenance of rights.
