Criminal liability for construction excesses in Iraqi law (comparative study)
Abstract
Building bypass is a thorny subject, for many years the land has been blatantly marked by seizure or allocation for petty sums, the profits of which have earned millions, and the importance of this research is to try to show the most important images of construction abuse in order to find logical solutions and put an end of excesses on land that had become a reality in Iraq, and such excesses were not confined to persons who exploited the weakness of the rule of law, but extended to those who represented the authority of the law. Despite the availability of legislative provisions in Iraqi law, this phenomenon has been exacerbated day by day because of the inadequacy of current legislation and its failure to keep pace with demographic, demographic and technological changes, or rather the lack of criminal protection required as a complement to civil protection For the comprehensiveness, lack of detail and dispersion of legislation between the provisions of the laws, while comparative laws had a better role, such as Egyptian, Qatari and Yemeni law.
The scope of this research is determined by presenting the most relevant laws in Iraq and analysing them to the extent appropriate for the purposes of the research by discussing and analyzing the most important images of building excesses
