Access to International Treaties in the Iraqi Legal System "Study in light of the provisions of the Constitution (2005) and the Law of Treaty Treaties No. 35 of 2015"

Abstract

We are in marked our search (international treaties into force in the Iraqi legal system, "a study in the light of the provisions of the Constitution (2005) and the Law of Treaties contract number (35) for the year (2015)") to the statement of the meaning of international treaties that can be regulated by the Federal Supreme Court, as well as a statement the treaties in the Iraqi legal system, by clarifying the role of the President of the Republic, and the role of government, the role of the Parliament . We also focused on the procedures by which the deployment of international treaties in the Iraqi legal system, and how they are publishing, and texts which they are subject in this regard.
