The impact of the revenue policy in the general budget in Iraq

Abstract

The oil revenues in Iraq, has created great financial wealth was doomed to the inevitable and yet walking towards abuse, and irrationality in the act, and extreme reliability, which led to the construction of consumer financial policy of wealth, without thinking about the inevitability of future access to this source, and a no-brainer hard to re-employ them and the direction that diversifies revenues and taking away the budget of the risk of fluctuations in oil prices, oil the income had a positive impact and another negative, the first of the positive impact provided the revenues have a significant weight in the funding of the state budget for decades, while the negative impact was in the sufficiency of this source and over-the-attic reliance in financing the state budget, which led to a series of financial, political, economic and even social problems, which resulted in depriving individuals of the benefits of the truth of these revenues and huge wealth
