Abstract
If the Vienna Convention applies to the sale of international goods, it does not apply to all types of goods for special reasons, even for goods subject to the Convention, it excludes certain issues relating to the validity and conditions of the contract, the effect of sale in the ownership of the sale, the liability for physical damage caused by the object Selling.
