The concept of international terrorism
Abstract
The term "terrorism" has always raised many difficulties when trying to approach it and determine its meaning because of the divergence of views of something that is included under the term terrorism and what is beyond it. The lack of agreement on a comprehensive definition prevents the complexity of national and international attempts to define this phenomenon. We are trying to explain the most important jurisprudential and legislative definitions that shed light on the phenomenon of terrorism, and then we distinguish between international terrorism and its mixed concepts that almost suspect it and As follows:
The first requirement / definition of terrorism in terms of language
The second requirement / definition of terrorism in terms of terminology
Third requirement / characteristics of terrorist crime
The fourth requirement / to distinguish terrorism from what is confused with concepts
