Abstract
The law is generally a social phenomenon related to regular human societies, aimed at achieving the public interest by preserving the body and stability of society as well as by achieving the special interest by safeguarding the rights and freedoms of individuals. If the public and private interest is the objective of the law in general, this is the aim of the Criminal Code in particular as a branch of domestic public law, and the Criminal Code consists of the rules of substantive law and the rules of procedural law where the substantive law defines the offences Of the law, which are the offences as well as the penalties required for them, and the procedural law specifies the procedures to be followed from the crime to the criminal judgement and execution.
