Abstract
The medicine considers from in portant vital goods that related with human life ther fore its producer obliges whether seller or pharmaceutical with fit between medicine and licence that has been given to them (seller or pharm accutical ) The fit must be in cluded all features of medicine but the responsibility will be established . The obligation of fit limits in contract of medicated sale and doesn’t ind clude in other contracts .
