TIKRIT UNIVERSITY JOURNAL FOR RIGHTS
Tikrit University Journal for Rights was first established in 2009 and was interested in publishing legal and political research papers, in Arabic and English , when the College of political Science was a department affiliated to the College of law. It was issued quarterly and when the College of Rights became independent from the College of Political Science, The name of the Journal was changed to: Tikrit University Journal For Rights in 2013, and it was specialized in publishing research papers related to legal science only. It was issued quarterly. In 2015 the name of the College of law was changed to the College for Rights. The first issue was published on 1-9-2016, received the ISSN number under (2519-6138) and obtained the numbering of the National House of Books and Archives (2218) respectively :
Tikrit University Journal For Rights is an international journal intended to meet the present need for the dissemination of new information, ideas and methods, to both practitioners and academicians in all branches of law. The Journal is concerned with all aspects of the justice legal system in terms of their relationship to each other.. Articles that reflect the application of new disciplines or analytical methodlogies to the problems of legal justice are of special interest. Since the purpose of the Journal is to provide a forum for the dissemination of new ideas, new information, and the application of new methods to the problems and functions of the criminal justice system, the Journal emphasizes innovation and creative thought of the highest quality.
Now the Journal is published quarterly, each Issue contains twenty research papers divided into two parts, including research in different branches of law. All research submitted to the journal is submitted to the journal are subject to the investigation to detect plagiarism using the turinitin program Afterward, the research will be sent to specialized experts in the law from inside and outside Tikrit University.
The Journal aims at expanding the dissemination of legal research from different countries of the world, and from all Iraqi universities and scientific institution, and not limited to the research of the professors Tikrit University .
The Journal is now published on the Internet, within open access, and all the journals research are published on googlescholar, and all researches gets a digital object ID (DOI)
