Abstract

There are several ways to prove lineage in Islamic jurisprudence, which are: proving lineage by marriage, acknowledgment, evidence or testimony, and qiyafah. Proof of lineage in bed is considered the strongest evidence to prove lineage, as it is the strongest evidence of all. Its conditions have been clarified, which are the possibility of meeting between the spouses, the minimum period of pregnancy having passed, the pregnancy not exceeding its maximum period, and the possibility of the wife becoming pregnant by her husband. The concept of approval and its pillars, represented by (accepted by him), have also been clarified. And it also clarified the concept of evidence and testimony and its types represented by testimony by inspection and testimony by hearing and elaborating, and the concept of qiyafa and its sections represented in (qiyafa of humans and qiyafa of traces).
